My trip to Pompeii, do i need to say more?!

I took the fast train down to Naples. I mean fast, 300kph(200mph)!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I am actually writing this on the way back to Rome. Do we have fast trains in the USA? Do you know?
I did not have a place in Pompeii, so I kind of wung it! Is wung a word? I arrived in Naples, with the anticipation of eating sfagliotelli! I got off the train, hit the street, then headed for the first pastteria I could find!!!!!! My first bite of the sfogliotelli was warm crispy and soft at the same time. The ricotta cheese was still warm with the essence of orange danced in my mouth.
Yes, you really gotta watch it here(told to me by the locals) pickpockets, street game scams and so fourth. You got the picture. As I walked out the train station I was greeted with construction of a modern structure for the subway terminal. I was asked if I wanted a taxi a number of times. I walked through the streets through the markets listening to the voice of the vendors the scent of wonderful pastries in the air. It reminded me of the Ballaro Market in Sicily. Back on the train for a 30 minute ride on the local slow train to  Pompeii. While on the train I booked a room at a local B&B called Dolcevista B&B with a rate of 40.00 per night!!!!

Below are some picture of Pompeii. One of my favorite places in Italy!!!!

Beautiful and volatile Mt. Vesuvius last erupted in 1944!

Mt Vesuvius still watches over the city.
